Order Repeat Prescriptions
Please note, we do not accept routine or repeat prescription requests by phone. You have two options: use the NHS App (see the video below) or fill out an online form.
Other ways of ordering prescriptions
- Email: Send your full name, date of birth, and the medication needed to [email protected].
- Community Pharmacy: Ask your local pharmacy about their collection and delivery services. They can also request prescriptions for you.
- Processing Time: within 2 full working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Urgent Prescriptions: Request repeat medication in advance. For urgent needs, complete an eConsult or call the practice at 020 7833 5906.

NHS App: When you order your repeat prescription on the NHS App, You can ask question on the free text field on the app
Email : You can also email the practice at [email protected] with any questions.
Picking up your prescriptions from your chosen pharmacy
- Prescriptions: All prescriptions are sent electronically to the pharmacy you choose.
- Choose Your Pharmacy: Use the NHS App to pick your pharmacy, or let us know which one you want.
- Find a Pharmacy: Visit NHS Find a Pharmacy to find a pharmacy near you.
